Speech the Grammy Award winning leader of the music group Arrested Development and his wife Yolanda have had a vision of helping artists for well over 15 years! Speech’s band was named band of the year – by Rollingstone Magazine (94) They also were awarded as one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time VH-1. Speech’s songs were awarded 2 MTV Awards (93), an NAACP Award (93). If that wasn’t enough, Speech wrote and produced, the song Tennessee which was voted one of the 500 Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! With experience in raising unknown talent up to star status, Speech founded the (Arts and Entertainment conferences 2009-2013) which focuses on positive artistry.
